but seriously, folks

i think an overall healthy response to a series of big challenges is to take things seriously.  and yet, as we mature and are more adept at letting go, the grace can befriend us of not taking ourselves too seriously.  this distinction is inviting me to smile and laugh more, to seek humor as truly good medicine.

everything is energy, frequency, and vibration and studies have shown that higher frequencies vibrate with the feelings of joy, generosity, happiness, and love.  (lower frequencies resonate at grief, loss, anger, fear, etc.)  so to increase our energy frequency can quite literally mean to laugh more.
