pentaptych

working at an art gallery, i'm learning so much!

adding to my vocabulary, in order, are panels, the first three i knew:

dyptych (2), triptych (3), quadtych (4), but pentaptych (5) was new to me.  

it's always a good day to learn something new.  i wonder, not that panels of 5 or more are very common, would it keep going from there and what would 6, 7, and 8-paneled works be called?
