this blog began because of my love for new words. eventually i added art and other topics, but etymology is my favorite jam.

add anything britush and i'm over the moon.

an adorable gal from the uk stopped by the winery and whereas most tourists blurt, "got any food? we need more crackers!" she very politely and quietly stated, "i'm feeling a wee bit peckish, luv."

after enjoying our charcuterie, she said, "oh my, that cheese is moreish" which was a new word to me.

it's  actually an adjective and describes any noun you'd simply like more of.
