transactional to transformative

when i think about the myriad of interactions we potentially have on any given day, i can't help wondering at the capacity to expand them.

the other day, for example, i felt a nudge to call a guest in my professional role just to see how they were doing. the result was stunning, mutual, and of a timing i never could have done on my own!

sure, sometimes we just have to get things done, but remembering that each transaction has such power is a good reminder to me!
