happy 136th

yesterday, my great grandma Nettie would have been 136 !!

she is described as cheerful and simple (in the best sense of the word) in how she stayed active, helped others, and spent time cultivating her garden.

she also lived through scarlet fever, the 1918 flu, and both world wars. wow!
