chirality

"chiral" is my new favorite word and comes from the book i'm reading about olive oil (there really is an entire world devoted to EVOO, or extra virgin olive oil). 

chirality is the characteristic of structures that, like our right and left hands, cant be superimposed on their mirror images.  

the context was molecular models of organic compounds, but could refer to a great many things.

what else can you think of, besides our hands, that's chiral?
