this cooking school, portland culinary workshop, came so highly rated from friends of mine who took classes that i signed up!

(if you love to cook, i also highly recommend samin nostrat's series on netflix, "salt, fat, acid, heat")

the class lists fill up rather quickly, so depending on which skill you want to learn, you might have to schedule a few months ahead of time...i'll let you know how our food turns out!
